The Porsche 911 GT2 RS is the most powerful, expensive and the fastest 911 ever produced. It is immensely brutal with its speed with superior grip and brilliant braking features. The 2-seater GT2 RS is a somewhat of a hybrid of the 911 Turbo S and the much hyped and the upcoming GT3 RS. Equipped with a 3.8 liter twin turbo engine, the monster can reach 60mph in just an astounding 2.7 seconds. Even though like all GT2 models, the GT2 RS is also a rear-wheel drive, but still comes with some superlative power.
The GT2 RS is one of the fastest and the quickest of all cars produced so far including Ferrari 812 Superfast, Bentley Continental Supersports and also the Lamborghini Aventador. Not only superfast than the others, it is also much lighter when compared with others as it is almost 130 kg lighter, thanks to plastic panels on the front made up of lightweight carbon-fiber along with a magnesium roof and a thinner and lighter glass both on the rear and the sides.
While you are inside the GT2 RS and driving, the first thing you’ll notice is the incredible noise it generates. It is so loud at around 3000rpm. Or you just rev the car without moving and you can experience some unbelievable sound or you can call it as an angry roar of a lion. Haven’t seen for a long time with the Porsche that could generate a noise as loud as this. But it is for a certain that anyone wants to race with you will withdraw the moment they hear this angry roar.
But it’s not all that fast and quick with the GT2 RS, just take your finger off the exhaust button to feel the GT2 RS in a caressing way and you can feel really cozy and comfortable inside with a sleek interior and cozy leather seats. And fire that exhaust button and it comes to life and extremely quick in all the gears and can chew up all kinds of road on its way without any mercy. The ride quality is ultimate and definitely firm and steady. And unlike other cars, the GT2 RS doesn’t comes with a sports mode setting, as it is always in that mode.
