In the Kitchen
Head Chef and Owner Sam Aisbett is very particular about his food in regards to the taste, presentation and appearance of each and every dish on the menu. He is also fascinated by nature and you can see that in action in the hand-decorated mural inside the restaurant. Chef Sam Aisbett is also largely into sourcing ingredients that are natural and sustainable along with fresh sea foods that is used in his cuisine. He also constantly wanders into the wild foraging fresh fennel and chickweeds and also to enthrall himself amidst the beautiful natural surroundings.
