The 2-Michelin Star restaurant the Tasting Room is a popular French restaurant in France located at level 3 of the Forbes Five-Star Nüwa Hotel in the City of Dreams casino complex. It was opened in 2012 by chef and owner Guillaume Galliot who has been sous chef in Raffles Grill restaurant in Singapore and also the famous Jaan restaurant in Beijing before starting his own. He was also trained at the Jardins des Sens.
Enter the Tasting room and you can see large bar area to the left and the dining hall to the right. The wine racks are filled with some of the finest collection of wines sourced from around the globe.
