As it was never heard in Asia, the task of cooking and serving German food in such a country was one challenging deal for the twin chefs, Mathias and Thomas who came up with Sühring. The idea of initiating the culture of German food in Asia came up with their childhood experiences where they strolled around in their grandma’s farm and eventually utilized what they learnt at the later stages of life. The twins are so identical and in sync, that every work goes on point. Unlike normal siblings, both of them have a unique understanding where their thinking, ideas and every other thing matches up to the mark.
Since when they left Germany, cooking the specific cuisines originated from the place was something that could only get into their dreams. However, the childhood memories actually assisted them in gaining enough potential and knowledge while presenting their dishes in the most contemporary manner. The authenticity of their dishes and food items actually come from the old recipe books which belonged to their grandparents and has been a hereditary document passed on to every generation.
The chef brothers even got straight up help from the courses like grandma’s eggnog, which are presented in miniature bottle at every end of the dish and this acts as the direct reference to their understanding and upbringing. While they are on their service, one of the brothers generally looks upon the cold cuisines and other one on the hot, later; they swap the tasks and always stay engaged in their task with utmost enthusiasm.
