Man Wah, a Michelin Starred Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong is considered to have one of the most beautiful dining rooms in the whole Hong Kong with its spectacular panoramic view of Hong Kong’s skyline and Victoria Harbor. Chef de Cuisine Hung Chi Kwong has masterfully designed the menu combining both local and regional flavors with a contemporary touch. The dim sum at the Man Wah is the talk of the town.
Man Wah means “mandarin” in Cantonese and the restaurant is adorned with some beautiful décor, especially the gold-plated birdcage lamps hanging from the ceiling. The pink tablecloths and the bonsai plants in every table made using rosewood add to the depth of the décor. The walls are decorated with beautiful silk paintings featuring Mandarins along with a large panel in attractive gold and black featuring classic Chinese Motifs.
If you visit the Man Wah for lunch, you’ll be treated with a royal dim sum and come evening you enjoy your dinner against a spectacular backdrop of the glittering city lights. Apart from its much acclaimed dim sum, there are several signature dishes that you cannot miss out including the Iberico Barbecued Pork and the Peking Duck , wok fried fillet of sole with black bean sauce, ginger and poached pear in tangerine tea, stir fried lobster with egg white and scallop mousse and the steamed crab claw with winter melon.

Chef Hung Chi Kwong started his career in Hong Kong and through his hard work and dedication can be able to work his way up of the culinary ladder. Throughout his career, he has worked in various Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Having worked under many master chefs in his career, he was able to get inspiration from the cooking style of many and created his own unique style of cooking. He is particularly gifted in creating some exceptional dishes like braised dried foods, sea food along with many traditional dishes.

Child policy: On Saturdays, Sundays and for lunch on public holidays, all children are welcome in Man Wah. From Monday - Friday, children aged 6 and above are welcome.
