Hence the surrounding area is mostly crowded, but once you enter into the restaurant a sense of calm and refinements embraces you instantly. Having joined as a Sous Chef at the Joël Robuchon in 2011, Chef Kim Joinié-Maurin is one of the key members in the success of the restaurant to a great extent. In 2017, he was promoted as the Chef de Cuisine and we can already see a lot of changes in the delicacy and the menu.
