Q In the Kitchen

Chef Tam Kwok Fung is very passionate when it comes to cooking and he loves to innovate and create new recipes all the time. And you can see that his passion could be largely seen being expressed in the kitchen. From the careful selection of seasonal ingredients to creating innovative recipes and presenting it beautifully you can see why Chef Tam Kwok Fung is one of the celebrated chefs in the world.

Chef Tam is also much more interested in the connection between the Chinese food and the Chinese herbals and hence does a lot of research on the healing properties of these herbals.
