Mr.Leung (owner) has been a quite a popular figure in the Chinese culinary scene ever since he opened the Crystal Jade restaurant in 1991 at the CairnHill Hotel. And soon the Crystal Jade evolved to be one of the leading Chinese restaurants in the town until Mr.Leung left the partnership.
In 2004, Mr. Leung along with wife and brothers, started the Imperial Treasure restaurant offering some of the best traditional Teochew, Cantonese and Shanghainese dishes in a classy and modern dining environment. Moving away with traditional Chinese restaurant interiors including the red lanterns or the guardian lions, Mr. Leung employed the interior design firm to work on a modern dining environment with contemporary art and décor.
